The Philippine internet backbone, PLDT, has recently been experiencing connectivity problems. This has been affecting the local servers, including that of Mistula.com. If you are unable to access any of the Mistula sites, you may need to specify the DNS servers on your computer. Here's the drill:
FOR WINDOWS USERS:
For Users on a Dial-up Connection:
1. Go to My Computer > Dialup Networking.
2. Right-click your internet connection and select Properties.
3. A window will open - click the Server Types tab. Click TCP/IP Settings.
4. Input the following numbers on their corresponding fields:
Preferred DNS server: 62.72.64.237
Alternate DNS server: 62.72.64.241
For All Other Users:
1. Go to Control Panel>Network Connections and select your local network.
2. Click Properties, then select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
3. Click Properties.
