And so Veritas hacked into our lives like that. There is much to be deciphered about her, like our unforeseen connection, and why she left Memphis, but there’s no deleting her now. She has made herself integral to the system.

Sometimes, people barge into our lives carrying a bit of code that change you completely â€“ the way a tiny dot would completely alter a program. And when it happens, it is always unexplained, unexpected and sadly, not quite UNDO-able.

I lost the blog, but I won this one. Ain’t life grand?
