A Song of Sorrow
You know more than anyone here why I’m leaving. And you said you understand. We each have our own place in the world. Yours is the stage, Manx Minuet. I do not belong here.
I am made for simpler things, like reading Sky and Sea bedtime stories. You have given me my life’s worth of fame and glory. That is more than enough for me. The next time I play my guitar, I will play it solo, and just for you.
Before he flew back to his UK home, Dragan left his guitar, the British Embassy, with a note. It read: “Please watch over the British Embassy until I send someone to pick it up for me.”
