10 Things I Know About Bella Lugosi
1. He sucks. And he’s not even a vampire. He was named after the celebrated Dracula, Bela Lugosi, because he sleeps during the day and prefers to work at night. He put two Ls to his first name to give it a “seductive new twist”. (Whatever.)
2. Bella Lugosi is the drummer and founder of the rock poets, Mistula. For those who are not music-savvy, this means he sits behind an array of percussions and beats them rhythmically with a pair of wooden sticks while bossing everybody around. He is not a bassist or a guitarist like some websites falsely claim.
3. He says he hears music in his head all the time. He plays the drums to drown it out.
4. His favorite haunts are old churches, where he can hang out with “true idols”.
5. He has a sacred heart tattooed on his chest, and bears the Mistula cross on his back. His tattoos were designed by his favorite drummer, Derrick Periodico of the Filipino heavy metal band Dahong Palay.
6. He rarely talks, until you ask about music, wrestling or his favorite cable channel, Fashion TV, where girls walk around without bras. (At midnight, he says they walk around without clothes, which I find rather ironic.)
7. He LOVES wrestling. He said he’s always wanted to be a pro wrestler, but didn’t have the body for it. He knows all the wrestling taunts by heart and mouths them off randomly. His favorite wrestlers are The Undertaker and Triple H.
8. He has light-sensitive eyes. He hates anything that is too bright, like sunlight or Joey’s Powerbook LCD. His poems are all written on paper.
9. He receives the most Mistula fanmail, but will not answer them until prompted to do so. (We apologize on his behalf.)
10. He has many, many secrets, which we have yet to find out.
Lugosi’s chair is crafted from a million folded pieces of paper patiently glued together by Joey’s skilled Aunt Jane. She made it in exchange for Mistula photo prints – presents for her daughter, who is a huge fan of the band. You rock, Tita Jane!
Tita Jane may craft a similar chair for you upon request. 
Lugosi is wearing 13 | Cross to Bear by Endless, the designer line of Tangled Web. It was crafted by the brilliant Mae as a birthday gift for Joey. We love (and owe) you, Mae and Djinn!

And Whoa. That chair. I was trying to figure out what it was for most of the post, because it almost looks like some amazing, intricately crafted, trailing skirt in some of the photos. Tita Jane must have the patience of a saint!

I don’t think I want to photograph a greasy man with a 12-inch power tool. GOD NO.
Sam and I wanted to show off his boots by making him wear less, but nobody seemed to notice them. Such fine boots! Anyways.
We love the chair, too. And it photographs so beautifully. I’m just so afraid Lugosi will wreck it so I don’t make him sit as much on it.

Si Ye is Lugosi’s good friend, and whatever praise is given to Si Ye, Lugosi is thankful for as well. We don’t find anything wrong with someone liking Si Ye more and making it known here. Coty is right. Lugosi has his own share of friends. Thank you so much for making this known to us.

Uno, I’m sure that if you bothered to get dressed (or undressed in Lugosi’s case) during the daytime, you’d be swamped by fans.
As it is, everyone still loves you (I think) even when you stick to your PJs. ^^ Though I suggest you keep away from leather trenchcoats, you might melt. 
(Side note: Always thought Lugosi looked like a flasher when he’s in that coat. You know, the guys who run around nekkid under the coat and just flash random people while they run by.) Hn, is there any way to stop Magpie from seeing these posts? XD I don’t wanna get shot.
And even though Bali’s only four hours away from the Philippines.. Postal service sucks ^^ Anything that comes in get’s stuck in a seedy little warehouse where you’d expect seedy gangsters to mob around, under a pile of seedy cardboard boxes and if it doesn’t contain rare/expensive goods, then it’ll eventually get to your home in (minimum) a week.
