This better be good.
Once there was a girl who locked herself inside a closet. In this tiny, endless space, the girl saw nothing, touched nothing, felt nothing, feared nothing. She was alone and safe.
Inside the closet, the emptiness grew and began to consume the girl. It took away her eyes, her voice, her face, her heart. And then … she, too, was nothing.
When the closet was unlocked several days later, all they found was a beautiful rose kimono with gold flowers. The girl who once wore it was no more.
But maybe she’ll come back for it tonight, who knows?

EL? CAN YOU STAY WITH ME?
Veritas ran away from home and stayed with the Mistula virtual bouncer, eL, for a few days to “do some thinking on her own”.
Blanc Minuet is Manx’s mystic twin sister. Blanc is always in deep sleep. She uses sheer mindpower and astral physics to travel – a talent she has mastered before she fell into coma. She also mutters winning lotto numbers once in a while.
Veritas’ crying ragdoll is from Rey. Blanc Minuet’s lovely rose barrette is from Aunt Jane. All that Veritas is wearing is from eL. Thank you very much for the gifts!

Blanc is such an ethereal presence. I love the way she “danced” through the bedtime story. Such drama. And the bedtime story is lovely in itself. So simple yet so poignant.
