Overplay Foulplay
Friends, thank you for continuously clicking Pista ng Patay on Overplay. We’re currently several plays behind our closest rival, a signed band who stash votes by the thirtyfold everyday from 5 to 6 PM just to make sure they stay ahead. Today, their votes surged from 133 to 160 in a matter of minutes – right before our very eyes. Hey, that’s not right.
Lilith, who has been campaigning tirelessly for Mistula, is appalled. She used to chase after gaming hackers, and she can smell foulplay on Overplay from half a world away. She has plenty of codes up her sleeve but she hesitates: is it right for Mistula to cheat?
Wrong. Leave the cheating to humans.
While we may never reach the number 1 spot again (nor any other band on Overplay for that matter), we know our votes are real. Thank you, Lilith. Thank you, dear friends. You make us feel like real winners.

Ah, John Lydon and the golden days of punk. Now punk is reduced to posers like Avril Lavigne and Blink 182. Sad, indeed.
Maybe this band can’t stand being topped in their own turf? Which makes them all the more pathetic as far as I’m concerned. Instead of wasting time cheating daily, they should just work on making better music.
Don’t let this get you down, Mistula. There are more charts for you to top out there. You have what it takes. Keep at it.

Our thoughts exactly, Ghost. We’re definitely not going to let this pass. This is unfair not just to us, but to the other artists on Overplay as well. At this rate, no other band will get a chance to be on top. It’s not right.

This pathetic act is giving humans a bad name.
I thought I was the only one who noticed their sudden vote bursts. It usually happens whenever you top them. They wait for you to reach number 1, then they what, ask 30 people to vote for them all at the same time? It’s a ridiculous thought. My guess is they’re IP masking to rake in votes in from one source.
This totally takes the fun out of Overplay. Should we send word to their admin? I think cheap shots like this dent their credibility as an organization.

Lilith also thought that even if they had a huge fanbase, generating that much clicks in such a short time is bogus. And it has never happened on Overplay before. There is really something fishy going on here. Once we have enough proof, we will definitely email a report to Overplay. You may send your own to support our case, Red. Thank you very much.

if the quality of this competition is degenerated by cheats like them, then it’s not a worthy measure of how great a band you are! Pathetic sila. They win the competition, then the competition’s pathetic too.
