BACKGROUND:
FAOLAN IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS. Excessive use of the illegal substance FULL MOON has given Faolan affective psychosis, impaired judgement and an increased propensity to violence.

Faolan was a member of the Manchester-based Salford Mob. He challenged the Lycantroops to a bare-knuckle match after he took note of their gaining popularity in the London underworld. He won over Weilin, but lost to both Fenris and Lobo. Faolan set fire to the Salford Mob’s hideout before he joined the Lycantroops.

It is reported that Faolan has helped design the drug FULL MOON with funding from the business magnate and crime lord [NAME WITHHELD]. After the London Police raid in 2004, several drug paraphernalia was found in his private quarters, including evidence of human experimentation.

Faolan was entered at Egerton Road Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre, where he resisted treatment and repeatedly assaulted the staff. The Centre endorsed his transfer to Broadmoor high-security hospital on December 7, 2007. The night before his relocation, Faolan broke out of the Centre with gangmates Fenris and Weilin after killing a psychiatrist and wounding several others.

This criminal is still at large. Quick capture is imperative.

The London Police and two independent sources have offered rewards to Faolan’s arrest. If Faolan or any of his known associates are seen, notify the appropriate authorities immediately.

BACKGROUND:
Weilin is a member of the London street gang known as the Lycantroops. Prolonged abuse of the illegal substance FULL MOON is attributed to his chronic psychosis. Weilin has impaired judgement and should be considered highly dangerous.

Weilin quit the Oxford University, where he had shown remarkable academic prowess, to join the Lycantroops. While not an exceptional fighter like his cohorts, Weilin’s proficiency in Materials Science proved to be an advantage to the gang in their illicit operations.

Weilin fought with the Lycantroops until their arrest in 2004. He and his gangmates were confined at the Egerton Road Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre for treatment of drug addiction and acquired brain injury. When Red Lobo was released on May 5, 2006, Weilin remained with Faolan and Fenris at the Centre until their violent breakout in December 6, 2007.

Weilin is currently in hiding. A trail of credit card fraud and vehicle tampering which is presumably linked to the suspect is now being investigated.

Any information leading to the arrest of these escaped felons will be rewarded.

NEWS:
A phone call to Lobo dated 01/23/2008 indicates that the suspects might be headed to the Philippines. The country’s unregulated internet access and lack of computer crime control may impede our reconnaissance team. Our operative is advised to stay on full alert.
