Red Lobo is the leader of the London street gang known as the Lycantroops. He should be considered highly dangerous when under the influence of the illegal substance labeled FULL MOON.
For all his repeated misdemeanor and involvement in illegal fighting and high-stakes gambling, Red Lobo evaded detention with the help of business magnate and politician [NAME WITHHELD] who allegedly controlled several crime syndicates in Europe.
Red Lobo is a highly skilled full contact fighter. He is undefeated in the underground fighting circuit until his arrest and confinement after a raid by the London Police.
The subject was entered at Egerton Road Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre for treatment of drug addiction and rehabilitation from acquired brain injury. He was released and pronounced fit to return to a supported environment two years later.
NEWS:
Red Lobo moved from the UK to the Philippines in 2006 upon the advice of his guardian, Sam Munir. He has joined the rock band Mistula as a rhythm guitarist and has made several public appearances, the latest of which is an interview with Autumnlouise St. John for UKEvents. [SEE ATTACHED FILE]
Despite his favorable prognosis, he is reported to have manifested psychotic relapses since his immigration. He is currently under constant surveillance.

BACKGROUND:
Fenris is a member of the London street gang known as the Lycantroops. He suffers from drug-induced neurosis and should be considered highly dangerous.
Fenris was drawn into the underground fighting and drug syndicate after he was bailed from prison by business magnate and alleged crime lord [NAME WITHHELD] for charges of assault to a London headmaster.
Fenris is skilled in bare-knuckled boxing and knife fighting. He reigned as champion of the underground fighters until he lost to Red Lobo in a cage match. After his defeat, Fenris vowed alliance to the new champion. They fought together until their capture and arrest by the London Police in 2004.
Fenris was entered at Egerton Road Neuro-Rehabilitation Centre for treatment of drug addiction and rehabilitation from acquired brain injury. He broke out of the centre last December 6, 2007 with two other patients, leaving one psychiatrist dead and several injured. He remains untreated and is currently in hiding.
If Fenris or any of his known associates are seen, notify the appropriate local authorities immediately.
Citizens are warned not to attempt to capture this criminal, since he is extremely dangerous.

The combination of these imposing photos (especially Red Lobo’s – you’ve got such an eye for flair and mood in your edits and I can’t stop staring at them!) and the super-charged music makes me feel like a storm is coming – this is so damn exciting! X3 I can’t wait until Fenris and the rest of the Lycantroops reach their destination…one can only hope there’s a way to stop them (without busting up their expensive and beautiful face/ups)! Handy that Magpie has access to all these files though! (and I love how you’ve got everyone so interconnected in this epic you’ve been creating ♥ )
And wow, Lobo and Fenris have accomplished quite a bit for their young age. I only hope future endeavors will be in the interest of a few more people than themselves!

Never thought that Lobo and I have the same age. ^_^
Anyway, Fenris is quite an interesting character. I like the blaze in his eyes. When I saw them, an image came in my mind. He’s like a black wolf hiding in the darkness, he could be anywhere and nobody could sense his presence until he devours someone.
His eyes seemed to be narrating a bloody past and ready to inflict a bloody future.
His hue reminds me of the description of The Beast of Gevaudan.
Looking forward for the continuation of the story.
