It’s Not A Small World After All (Part 2)
For part the first, depress thine arrowhead HERE.

So this is Avilon Zoo.

I didn’t realize there’s a zoo this big in the Philippines.

Hey, is that Bambi?

I dub thee Braveheart of Chickens.

Hath any soul perceived Duende, resin of my resin?

Hello there, Ursus thibetanus, better known as the Moon Bear! Those who aren’t so lucky are called Bile Bears because they are held in captivity so that their bile can be extracted and sold as traditional Chinese medicine. How can humans be so vile!

No one will take your bile here, Moon Bear! Not while Duende is around!

… Did I just see a BJD riding a pony back there?

Did I just see ..?

Maven, isn’t that ..?

Not only are all these BJDs invading my blog, they have also invaded Avilon Zoo!

I hope you did not go all the way to the zoo to take photos of dolls, girls.

Hey, wait!
Ulalume, it’s him! IT’S –

Panthera pardus saxicolor, better known as the Iranian Leopard, largest of all the subspecies of leopards in the world.

Highly endangered due to poaching for fur, trophy hunting, poisoning, fires, habitat and prey loss. I am here to make sure no one steals your fur off your back, Mr. Leopard!

Smile for the camera, guys! 3 … 2 …

Is it just me or has the wildlife here become more diverse?

Hey, is that –
CLICK! That’s 50 pesos, thank you!

WHUT.

OMG IT’S UNO! UNO HAS COME TO AVILON ZOO! WOOT WOOT!
To be continued.
Guest appearances by Maven and Ulalume from Dormitorya Tzara, Gigil and Sarah’s Sinag and Klaus, Lilith’s Verchiel, Zhane’s Katarzyna, Chii’s Ailesh and Celandri, and the ManikaManila girls.
Duende would like to share with you the following links:

Duende’s quote for the day:
“Save the animals, eat your vegetables!”

I love how you linked the dolls to the WordPress census. I’m so proud! XD
OMG IT’S UNOOOOOO.
And omg I missed this meet. TT_TT
June 18th, 2009 - 17:52
Well, we did work hard on that census; it deserves advertising mileage!
Were you already part of ManikaManila when this happened? My memory fails me.
June 18th, 2009 - 20:54
Yessss I was. It was the first big meet that happened after I got Rose (April 26th right? I got Rose April 8th), and I felt really bad for not being able to go. XD I went to the Tagaytay one after, though. :3
June 19th, 2009 - 15:39
I’m horrible with dates. I won’t even remember Uno’s birthday if it were not etched on his headplate.
Let’s plan another out-of-town meet!
June 17th, 2009 - 20:33
Paparazzi follow Uno everywhere!
Very cute!
June 18th, 2009 - 17:56
Thankfully, my paparazzi are cute.
June 19th, 2009 - 15:04
Hugs and kisses, Uno dearest. XD
June 19th, 2009 - 18:23
Tin! ♥
So … when are you free?
June 19th, 2009 - 23:49
Anytime you want babe. You know how to contact me.
June 24th, 2009 - 15:46
Much love, sweeting. ♥
June 17th, 2009 - 20:59
Uno~!!! ♥
Even the owl got excited.XD
I like the third group shot… Uno is such a head-turner.
June 18th, 2009 - 18:50
Look, the owl turned its head 180 degrees! WHOA.
June 17th, 2009 - 21:55
I absolutely adore that shot of all the young ladies shooting pictures of the dolls and completely ignoring all the wildlife around them! XD Uno, shame on you for taking the spotlight away from all the wonderful flora and fauna that lives in the zoo!
(Though all the dolls are quite stunning and exotic creatures themselves, aren’t they?)
This looks like so much fun though! I can’t wait for more of Duende and her crusading adventures, Nano’s melodrama, Uno’s star-status and of course, gorgeous shots of all the animals. LOVE!
June 18th, 2009 - 18:59
Much love to you, Molly! ♥
I can’t blame them. I’m an endangered species. There are only a few Tsukasas left in the planet, so all my activities, however mundane, need to be documented.
June 17th, 2009 - 22:19
Ahahaha… Akala ko, recently nangyari ito, hindi pala. *lol* I was fooled!
June 18th, 2009 - 19:01
I clearly specified this happened a year ago! NOT READING.
June 19th, 2009 - 01:32
Haha, onga, sorry… ^^; I’m just laughing at myself kasi ang tanga ko. Sorry…
June 19th, 2009 - 11:09
To err is human.
June 18th, 2009 - 08:37
Nice to see Uno and Duende et al again..
June 18th, 2009 - 19:01
Of course seeing us in person is always better, Mommy A. Let us know when you’re in town!
June 18th, 2009 - 14:08
Ohohoho, how nice! All the dollies are on a field trip!
Watch out Uno, don’t allow yourself to get eaten by some of the animals while escaping your fans! It would be an absolute tragedy!
By the way, nice shoes.
June 18th, 2009 - 19:04
I pity the poor creature who eats me. He will die a slow, painful death. And as you can see, I’m running TOWARDS my fans. I don’t understand why anyone will run from a group of cute, adoring girls!
Which shoes are nice?
June 19th, 2009 - 14:13
The ones you were wearing on the first pic, haha!
Anyhoo~ can I add my little Freya to that certain group of cute adoring girls?
June 19th, 2009 - 18:21
Ah, Tsukasa’s default sneakers. They never fail to elicit mockery from Fabo.
Why, of course. Just be careful; those cute, adoring girls are not your size.
June 18th, 2009 - 16:20
Wow, even the animals rejoice in the sight of the Almighty Uno! I didn’t even know that owls can speak.
June 18th, 2009 - 19:08
They speak in L33T. I hear them saying WOOT! WOOT! all the time.
June 19th, 2009 - 15:11
I do wish stopped and joined us Mr. Uno. It would’ve made for a more memorable tourist shot. haha!
June 20th, 2009 - 12:54
No way! Are those——–!!!!!
Anyway, the owl is so COOL!
June 24th, 2009 - 15:57
Oh yes. Any creature that likes Mistula should be cool.
June 22nd, 2009 - 16:03
..that was a very cool field trip!!!!!!!!!!
June 24th, 2009 - 16:02
Join ManikaManila and you’ll go places.
