Mistula on Manila Bulletin’s Style Weekend

In Nicole Limos’ Interview with Mistula for Sense & Style magazine, the writer asked, “What dreams are you in the process of fulfilling?”
Manx answered, “My dream is to be on a cover of a magazine.”
And there she was.
Of course Manx would’ve wanted to appear on the cover without the rest of Mistula, “the Philippines’ first virtual band”, featured on Manila Bulletin’s Style Weekend last October 2, a very gloomy Friday. The crew was busy preparing for the coming typhoon, and missed the issue entirely. We only found out when Nicole texted Joey the day after it came out. It was welcome news, like a dove with an olive branch alighting on Noah’s ark.
Tomorrow, we’ll post Nicole’s 33-Question Interview complete with Mike’s glorious photos taken for Sense&Style, which were reprinted on Style Weekend.

BTW, the word “forever” seems creepy to me… in some ways… Ehehe… well, i wish forever applies to us, humans. I would love to stay with Mistula forever, who wouldn’t anyway? but I’m afraid time would be our greatest challenge, well, for humans at least. We grow old, die, get rotten… (how morbid my description was!)
okay, on the positive note, let’s put it this way… I’d be with Mistula, and remain a fan/supporter/whatever-it’s-called, for the rest of my existence.
I wonder how it’s like to be immortal as a resin? never growing old…
I have so many questions to ask! but first i’d like to browse on your blog first… ooh so many things to read!! O_O
Humans have souls, and souls are forever. Resin is not immortal, especially if your owner isn’t careful.

btw, i browsed on the web trying to find where i could avail myself of a resin friend like you… and to my disappointment, your kind is waaaay beyond what i can afford… T__T
i wish there is adopt-a-resin-friend drive, so people who can not afford to buy such (like me) would be able to have a resin friend of their own… ahaha!
Or you can simply go to the ManikaManila doll meets and make friends with the BJD attendees.
