The Things We Do For Love
I let myself be wrapped in melting plastic and left naked under the klieg lights for four hours with absolute disregard for the FRAGILE label on my box. All for the love of Mistula.
(And Lugosi has the nerve to call me a slacker? That doofus!)
I hope Mike Fallarme, the man behind Mistula’s most elaborate and painful photo shoots, reaps the rewards of my suffering. Please vote for his entry to the JPG magazine photo competion, Ahon.
Ahon (Filipino for “Rise”) was originally shot for the Baptized video. How can I forget that shoot?
To see more of Mike’s eye-popping images, visit his online gallery, Eyepop.
Thank you very much!

(Oops, I posted this comment in the wrong entry. x_x;; )
Its wonderful to see how everything is made from behind the camera–and then see it all put together in the end.
The Baptized video is a breathtaking and beautiful work of imagery and sound. And that shot, of you Uno, under the “water”… Oh, I had wondered how that turned out. Now I see, and I never would have guessed!

Yes, amazing what you can do with saran wrap.
Thanks for your encouraging words, Teru.

Voted for Mistula, Uno-sama! The photograph itself is astounding – CS dictates that it should be handing the other way round, no? ‘A’
