Lucky 7: Gift 1
In 7 days, I will be 7. A number as lucky as I am. Had Joey not won me at the lottery, I won’t be the Tsukasa to front Mistula and appear on Wikipedia. I must have a lot of lucky stars. Thank you for watching over me for 7 years.
Starting today, I will you one gift a day until my birthday on December 3. If you collect them all, you will have 7 desktop wallpapers of my life’s 7 best moments. Those who have lived these years with me will not find these images new; for you, it will be like looking at beautiful memories.
The first wallpaper is my favorite picture taken by our favorite photographer, Mike Fallarme. It was published on Sense&Style, the first time ball-jointed dolls appeared on a fashion spread of one of the most respected magazines in the country. Hell, we rocked those pages!

October 22 is our Christmas. It is the day our creator was born. And for her, we sing our own carol.
To Joey, may you live a long, happy life – so we may live a long, happy life, too.
A Grand Summer Finale
This is a very late follow-up to this entry that got buried under the ever-mounting pile of urgent priorities. Such is life, or in my case, non-life.
After being imprisoned inside the Mistula Complex for more than two years, the chance finally came for me to socialize again. The first-ever ManikaManila End of Summer Sale was going to be held at nomnomnom happy food in Quezon City, and the first BJD on the ManikaManila Census had to be there.
Ahem, that’s me.
The End of Summer Sale was organized by the MMDA officers Joey, Nix, Krishna and Tin so ManikaManila members can buy or sell doll items at bargain prices. It was a cheaper and easier way to get accessories that used to be available only in online shops.
